All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a Registration Form.  Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form.  Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference Managers at the email address given on the homepage.

Registration Terms and Conditions

The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Social functions: Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches
  • Etc

Student Registration

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card.  Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  Student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • All sessions
  • All official documentation including program booklet and list of participants
  • Welcome Reception
  • Morning and afternoon teas
  • Satchel
  • Etc

Please note:  A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Conference Managers via fax to + 61 2 9267 5443.  Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Day Registrants

Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions on the nominated day
  • Program booklet
  • Morning and afternoon tea on the nominated day

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name badge

< p>Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Certificate of attendance

You will not receive any further publications before the conference. (that’s very negative! and what does it mean? registered delegates should still receive our eBlasts for promotional purposes) Your letter of acknowledgment (is that the pre-arrival letter?) will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference.  Please see the conference registration staff onsite to claim your certificate of attendance.

Group Registration

The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers two (2) or more individuals.  The Group registration is available via a hard copy form, downloadable from the conference website [link].

The Group registration form must be received by the [Conference] Managers on or before date to be eligible for the early registration fee and payment must be received by date, even without the list of participants.  The final list of participants must be submitted by date.  Should this deadline not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will apply and must be paid in order to process the Group registration.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private function, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.  Please visit our secure website to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’.  Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express (edit if necessary). Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Cheque / Money Order

All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee and will only be accepted up until .  Please download the hard copy registration form and mail the completed form with your cheque to the Conference Managers (insert link to contact page).  Cheques are to be made payable to [name of conference].  Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.  Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank.  No other currency will be accepted.  After , all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details at or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers (insert email link).

Registration Fees: Before [DATE – about 3 months before] will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee. Before [DATE-about 6 weeks before] will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After [DATE – same as point above] there will be no refund.

Accommodation:  NOTE: CHECK WITH ACCOMMODATION TO ENSURE DATES MATCH EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DATES A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation One nights deposit is non-refundable at [insert date – about 4 weeks before]

Social: Payments are non-refundable at [insert date – about 6 weeks before]

Tours: Payments are non-refundable at [insert date – about 6 weeks before]

The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
